1. Who we are
Rancho Khepri is a horse ranch and experiential-tourism operation located at 37814 Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico, approximately 25 minutes from San Miguel de Allende. We offer guided trail rides, equine-wellness sessions, dining experiences, private riding lessons, and private events. We are the party responsible for the personal information collected through the Site.

3. Bookings & payments (FareHarbor)
Online bookings for our Experiences are made through FareHarbor, a third-party booking and reservation platform. When you make a reservation, you provide information such as your name, contact details, booking selections, and payment card information through FareHarbor’s integrated booking window. FareHarbor acts as our booking service provider and processes this information on our behalf so that we can manage and deliver your Experience.
Through FareHarbor we receive and use the reservation details needed to deliver your Experience — such as your name, the Experience booked, the date and time, party size, and the contact information you provided — so that we can prepare for and provide your visit.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your visit or event;
- Arrange, confirm, and provide the experiences and services you request, including coordinating transportation and add-on experiences;
- Manage bookings and, where applicable, process cancellations or refunds through FareHarbor;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- Send you information you have requested, and — only where you have agreed or where permitted by law — occasional updates about Rancho Khepri;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, safety, guests, staff, and animals.
